Quest for Teen Girls - Flemington

This group is ideal for the teen who suffers from feelings of sadness and anxiety, lacks confidence, and/or struggles in social settings. Participants will learn how to use mindfulness, movement, nature, and a variety of psychotherapy tools and techniques to manage difficult emotions and situations. We incorporate fun and adventure therapy in order to foster emotional growth, strength, and wellness.
